I had a great time last week posting on www.52Quilters.com. I felt responsible for the feed so I pushed myself to post frequently–and I discovered that I enjoyed writing more often.
I stepped out and discussed some of my views and experiences as a modern quilter. See my post on my beliefs about Modern Quilting.
I posted some tutorials about making Mug Rugs HERE and fast fused fabric cards HERE.
I talked about some tips for getting over procrastination and how I organize my quilty life HERE. Of course, I have to work at keeping these shelves and my plastic bins organized. I do tend to throw fabric in piles on the floor.
Highlight of the week….Be Fearless and Improvise!!!
I think my favorite post was this one HERE–a tutorial showing how I developed this improvisational log cabin quilt. By the way, I’ve added this project to my workshops.
Check out all the great workshops at World Quilt Florida. Orlando in January 2016 –lovely!!
