Thank you for visiting my site! In addition to online quilt classes, I also give quilt guild lectures where I share my perspectives on current and emerging trends in the quilt world today. I also take you behind the scenes and talk about my design processes.
I also have an active studio practice as a contemporary textile artist. My textile art has been juried into numerous fine art shows and quilt shows in galleries, museums and other venues. I work in two styles: creating textile art inspired by Geometric Abstraction and AfroModernism and exploring my family, personal and cultural history in my art quilts.
